Reviews & UGC automation
We build the system that collects proof from happy customers automatically, then puts it where buying decisions are actually made.
What breaks
Satisfied customers are never asked
Reviews arrive from the extremes — the delighted and the furious — while the large satisfied middle stays silent because nothing ever prompted them. The rating that results is not representative of the product.
The request arrives at the wrong moment
Asking on dispatch rather than after the customer has actually used the product produces either no response or a review about delivery. The correct delay differs by product and is rarely configured.
Proof sits below the fold or on another page
Reviews collected and then buried at the bottom of the product page do not influence the decision, because the visitor decided several screens earlier.
Photo and video content is never requested
Customer photographs outperform studio imagery for cold traffic, and almost no store asks for them systematically — despite it being the cheapest ad creative available.
How we find it
Coverage audit
Which products have enough reviews to be persuasive and which have none, cross-referenced against what actually sells and what receives paid traffic.
Request timing review
When requests currently fire relative to delivery and realistic first use, and what response rate that produces.
Placement review
Where proof appears relative to where the decision is made, on mobile specifically.
Sentiment reading
Existing reviews read for recurring objections, because those belong in the product copy and in ad creative.
How we fix it
Automate the request at the right moment
Timing set per product category against realistic first use, with a follow-up, and photo or video requested explicitly rather than hoped for.
Prioritise thin products
Collection concentrated first on products carrying paid traffic with insufficient proof, since that is where the shortfall costs most.
Move proof to the decision
Ratings near the buy button, relevant reviews surfaced beside the objection they answer, and customer photography in the gallery rather than in a separate tab.
Route UGC into ads
Customer content collected with permission and fed into the creative rotation, where it consistently outperforms polished studio work on cold traffic.
What changes after
- Reviews reflect the satisfied majority instead of only the extremes.
- Products carrying paid traffic have proof attached to them.
- Proof appears where the decision happens rather than below it.
- Customer photography becomes a renewable source of ad creative.
These describe the mechanism of improvement, not a guaranteed outcome. Results depend on your product, margin and market — the written guarantees are in section 7 of the Terms.
Questions
Do you write or buy fake reviews?
No, categorically. Beyond being illegal in most of the markets you sell into, it is self-defeating: fabricated reviews do not describe real objections, so they persuade nobody and they poison the only honest signal you have about your own product. Everything we collect comes from verified purchasers.
What about negative reviews?
They stay. A product with nothing but five-star reviews reads as fake to shoppers, and the data supports that instinct. Negative reviews handled well are persuasive, and they tell you exactly what to fix in the product copy — which is worth more than the rating they cost you.
Find out whether this is your bottleneck
The free diagnostic scans your storefront and tells you where the problem actually is — which is often not where it feels like it is.
