This website does not load analytics, advertising, profiling or social media technologies. WELORISE LLC does not operate a tracking pixel on this site, does not build advertising audiences from its visitors, and does not share visitor data with advertising platforms.
Because nothing beyond what is strictly necessary is set, no consent is required under the UK or EU ePrivacy rules, and accordingly no consent banner is displayed. A banner asking permission for technologies that are not present would be misleading rather than protective.
Strictly necessary technologies
The following are used solely to deliver the website you have requested and to keep it secure. They are exempt from the consent requirement because the service could not be provided without them:
- Security and abuse-prevention measures applied by our hosting and network provider, including rate limiting of the diagnostic to prevent misuse.
- Transient state held in your browser for the duration of your visit in order to render the page correctly, which is not used to identify you and is not transmitted to any third party for that purpose.
None of the above is used to profile you, to measure your behaviour across sessions, or to target advertising.
Third-party content
Where this website links to an external service — for example the public business registry of the Commonwealth of Kentucky — that service is operated independently and applies its own cookies and privacy practices once you follow the link. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the practices of any external site.
The diagnostic
When you submit a storefront URL, the analysis is performed by our server retrieving publicly accessible pages of that storefront. This is not a cookie-based technology and it places nothing on your device. It inspects the storefront you submitted, not your browsing.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every major browser allows you to view, block and delete cookies through its settings. Because this site sets nothing beyond the strictly necessary, blocking cookies will not degrade your experience of it, though it may affect other sites you visit.
Changes to this notice
Should we introduce analytics or advertising technologies in future, a consent mechanism meeting the requirements of the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive will be implemented before any such technology is loaded, granular consent will be sought before any non-essential technology is set, and this notice will be revised to identify each technology, its provider, its purpose and its duration. The date of last revision is stated at the head of this document.
