Fees are invoiced in advance and settled by bank transfer. Payment terms are net fifteen days.

Client advertising spend

Clients fund advertising directly with each platform. The company does not receive, hold, disburse or finance client budgets and holds no discretion over client funds.

Engagements are billed monthly by invoice. There is no card-on-file subscription and no automatic renewal mechanism.

Refund policy

First month refundable

The first month of an engagement is refundable in full on written request. Refunds are made by bank transfer within fourteen days.

What is sold

Business-to-business marketing and technical services, purchased individually rather than as a fixed package. The full list is enumerated on the services section of the homepage and in section 2 of the Terms of Service.

Who buys it

Operators of e-commerce storefronts, principally on Shopify and WooCommerce, in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada and Australia. All engagements are business-to-business; the company does not sell to consumers.

How it is priced

Quoted per client against store scale and services selected, from an entry point of from $99.99/month. Every engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Contract length

Monthly, with no minimum term and thirty days notice on either side. There is no fixed-term or automatically renewing commitment.

Operating practices

Account access

The company works under delegated permissions granted through each platform's own access system. It does not take custody of client credentials, and clients may revoke access at any time without our involvement.

Delivery model

A principal-led operation supported by a vetted contractor bench. Contractors are engaged under written confidentiality and data protection terms and work under supervision.

Record keeping

Financial and engagement records are retained for six years following the conclusion of an engagement, or longer where tax law requires it. The accounting year closes in December.

Processing is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which addresses UK and EU GDPR, United States state privacy legislation, PIPEDA and the Australian Privacy Principles. No analytics or advertising technologies are loaded on this website.
